Improve Your Health at Micro Level
When we exercise, we generally focus on different areas of the body (arms, legs, etc.). However, as well as working on these parts of the body, we are also improving our health at a micro level. In this guide, we will explore a bit more about the subject.
Charge Your Body
Every human body is made up of little cells called mitochondria. These cells need to be 'charged' daily to allow the body to operate normally. These cells essentially run our body; therefore, if they are not 'charged' we will find it hard to think, move and even concentrate. If our mitochondria are not 'charged' then our immune system will also falter. With all this being said you can see how important mitochondria are to the body at a micro level.
Studies in Canada have shown that we can improve our mitochondria with simple exercise. The study suggests we should undergo full 'strain' at least 8 times a day. Each exercise should have a 75 second 'recovery' gap in-between.
If your immune system is at a low level then you can eat two boiled or poached eggs a day. This will help build the mitochondria to a 'higher level'.
No More Stress
A study has shown that if we avoid 'major anxiety' then our cells (at micro level) can be productive for 10 more years, meaning we can live up to 10 years longer. There are two ways that we counteract every day stresses and these are:
An hour of hard training (running, cycling and swimming), will counteract any stress we pick up throughout the day. On top of this you can drink tea! Drinking tea three times a day can add up to five years on to your life because it cuts the activity of the stress hormone, cortisol.
Look After Your Telomeres
One of the micro cells that need to be defended is the telomere. To keep these cells operating in the right way, the best thing you can do is to carry out 20 minutes of cardio work a day to ensure that your telomeres are protected. Furthermore, our telomeres suffer when we do not sleep well. Therefore, a good sleep pattern is the key to maintaining decent health.
Heart Problems
Poor micro cells 'management' can be one of the main causes of heart disease. If your cells do not operate correctly, it can lead to myocardial damage. Hypertrophy is the best way to ensure a healthy heart. Lifting 80% of your reps five - eight times per day can strengthen the heart tissue. Furthermore, a high protein diet is a great way to ensure that your heart remains strong.
Keeping your cells healthy at a micro level can add up to a decade on your life, and ensure you are able to live life to the fullest. The best way to do this is to follow the steps above and take a multi vitamin complex each day, which will help your micro cells remain at their peak.
